Paasonen Law Offices was established in 1992. Our fields of
expertise include agreements, trials, corporate legal issues among others.
We provide services for both companies and individual clients. We are able to serve clients fluently in English, and in addition provide some services in German and Swedish.
Our mission is to provide reliable, confidential and prompt
services to our clients.
The law firm is run by Mr. Pekka Paasonen. Mr. Paasonen graduated from the University of Helsinki in 1990, and is qualified to work as a judge in court (trained at the bench). Furthermore Paasonen has achieved an MBA degree from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.
Mr. Paasonen co-operates with several companies' and trust funds' as either chairman, member of the board or as an advisor as well as a partner.
Our regular fee for companies is 209,10 €/hour (including 23 % VAT). VAT-registered clients abroad which are exempt of VAT are charged 170,00 €/hour. Payment may be arranged as a lump sum. Private people are charged 184,50 €/hour (including 23 % VAT).
A retainer is usually required from a new client.
The first negotiation by telephone is free of charge.
In addition to the fee we charge direct costs related to the case,
such as protocol fees, travelling costs and substantial copy and postage costs.
